I installed Joomla! 1.5 RC3 with Xampp 1-6-3.

I was able to install Joomla! 1.5 RC3 with xampp without amending any file.
As for SEO settings, I enabled both SEO settings and Apache mod rewrite settings. I was not able to receive any error messages !

I tried to install Joomla 1.5 RC2 to Xampp and Lunarpages. I was able to install without amending any files both.

When I intended to install previous version template specializing in 1-0-12, 1-0-13, I had received the notification that we have to enable Legacy settings on Plug in Manager. I was able to display my old template without any deficiency. I was not able to on a little before BETA Version.

I was able to find Cool template via Joomla Germany . I would like to continue these template eternally if possible.
